Mould wheel splash

At our recent Open Day, our Intertype linecasting machine got a little bit warm.
The picture shows the rear of the mould wheel

I have a love hate relationship with this thing, sometimes it loves me and sometimes it hates me.

This squirt was caused by too much heat in the mouthpiece, it s sorted now (I hope!).

Sadly this machine is now mainly run for demonstration purposes.
